Braised Pork Belly With Potato
BRAISED PORK BELLY WITH POTATO
Ingredients:
350g pork belly (with skin), cut into small chunks
marinate (1 hour) cut pork belly with all ingredients:-
3 cloves garlic chopped
1 tsp five spice powder
2 tbsp Chinese cooking wine
1 tbsp light soya sauce
1 tbsp dark soya sauce
2 tsp sugar
650g potato, peeled and cut into large chunks
1 cup of oil for frying
Method:-
Heat the oil in wok till hot. Fry the potato
for about 10 minutes till lightly brown.
Remove potatoes and drain. Remove oil from wok.
Add the marinate pork, stir fry for couple of minutes.
Add in the fried potato chunks.
Then add in about 1.25 cup of boiling water
(just about covering the potato and meat).
Let the liquid come to the boil, lower heat
and simmer for about 30 minutes or till the pork is tender
and sauce thickening.
Off the fire, do not let the sauce dry too much.
Done!!

Delicious Chicken Natural Herbal Soup
Ingredients:-
1 whole chicken
1 pkt of Delicious Herbal Soup - Shang Pin Chin Bu Tang
5 bowls of water
Method:-
In a pot, boil water and put in Chin Bu Tang to boil.
Put in chicken when water is boiling,
lower fire and boil for 3 hours.
Delicious Natural Herbal Soup - Shang Pin Chin Bu Tang
is ready.
Served hot.

Five Spice Fried Chicken Wings
Ingredients :
5 pieces chicken wings
2 pieces garlic (chopped)
2 tablespoon five spice powder
6 tablespoon light soya sauce
enough cooking oil for deep frying
Method :
1. Wash and clean chicken wings, cut in
between drum and wing intersection.
2. Put chicken wings in a bowl, put in chopped garlic,
five spice powder, light soya sauce.
3. Marinate for 30 minutes.
4. In a wok, heat enough cooking oil for deep frying.
5. When oil hot enough, put in chicken wings
deep fry until cooked and golden brown.
6. Continue frying until all done.
7. Dish out and place in a plate.
Ingredients for sauce:
1 tablespoon light soya sauce
1 tablespoon dark soya sauce
2 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon cooking oil
5 ml water + corn starch
1 piece finely chopped garlic
Method :
1. In a wok heat oil, add in garlic, put in
light, dark sauce, stir well.
2. Put in honey, water + corn starch, stir.
3. Put in chicken wings and mix well with the sauce
4. Garnish with lettuce and served.
