Peel tapioca tubers and grate finely.
Place grated tapioca in a bowl. Leave for 30 minutes to allow juices
to drain out.
Add sugar, beten eggs, and salt. Mix well until
the sugar dissolved. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
Pour batter into cake tin. Smooth the top.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes or until top
is golden brown.
Best to serve the baked cheese tapioca cake at room
temperature.
